Haze came in to correct numerous problems in our bathroom created by a previous installer. Hazem and Aline were punctual, professional, communicated what was being done at all times and did a fantastic job. This included retiling our shower and coming up with solutions to various issues created by our first fitter. The floor of my Victorian house was suffering from dry rot, wet rot and terrible historical bodge jobs. Hazem and team substantively rebuilt the entire floor (assessing and repairing/replacing joists, re-leveling, adding water resistant membrane to key areas, replacing all sub-flooring, adding underlay and completing with real wood floor and skirting) plus new radiators.
